New to Pantelligent? This page only talks about Pantelligent’s new Autopilot feature. Please start from the How it Works page to learn how the entire system works together.
Autopilot allows Pantelligent to control the heat by itself.
For example, if you’re making salmon, you simply need to:
1. Put in the ingredients when notified.
2. Flip when notified.
3. Serve when notified.
Autopilot takes full control of cooking time & temperature.
If you can handle a spatula, you’re going to get great meals.
Autopilot works by connecting a compatible countertop electric burner and power switch accessory that the Pantelligent pan and app can control.
We asked customers why they’re excited about Autopilot:
“Even a monkey would be able to cook a romantic, tasty meal.”
“Set it & forget it.”
“A big time saver — like a robot cooking for you.”
“Literally all you have to do is eat it.”
And it’s not just for salmon and steak.
Autopilot contributes a quick & easy dish to every meal:

Getting Started with Autopilot
Pantelligent works out of the box with your normal kitchen stove.
(You control the temperature when notified.)
Then, if you desire the convenience of automatic temperature control, it’s already built-in.
We’ll show you how to connect a compatible electric burner for Pantelligent Autopilot.
Use your regular kitchen stove or
the automatically-controlled electric hot plate.
Pantelligent lets you choose
which is more convenient for you,
and get perfect results either way.
The free Pantelligent app for iOS and Android now includes Autopilot capability for all existing and new Pantelligent owners — even for our original Kickstarter backers!
Within a single cooking session you must choose one or the other, but you are otherwise free to use your Pantelligent in either mode each time you cook.
Ten or 20 years from now, everyone’s stoves might have APIs we can connect to. If they do, Pantelligent will be the brain of that system. Until then, this works remarkably well. :-)
No. We only manufacture the smart pan. The accessories are third-party off-the-shelf products that can be purchased from Amazon.com or other sellers.
At the time of writing, the two recommended accessories together are about $99 on Amazon.com. (These are third-party items, and pricing and availability are out of our control.)
Possibly. However, our recommended accessory pairing has passed extensive testing with Autopilot.
This technology is still cutting-edge. Just like airplane autopilots and self-driving cars, common sense and human supervision is required. Please don’t abuse this new power.
Try Pantelligent with your stove first.
